Friendly and helpful

Had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to recommend is that u guys get more smaller sizes in store like mediums as this was the 3rd time I come in and didn't really get my size... loved the way Marvin ,Pamela, and Jean Pier.. got to jump in and made sure I got something in my size... Will definitely pop in every week to see what u guys have in store ......

Good price, clean environment. Frustrating

Great clothes at good prices. I asked the gentleman at the front to keep my pile aside so that I could continue to shop. He packed it all back. Brought my own fabric bag and cashier tried to charge me for a plastic bag. Don’t think I found all the items again but happy with what I got. Will come back.

Super friendly

I absolutely love shopping at U-turn! It’s such a great concept with their recycled clothing, and you can find really unique pieces at amazing prices. I even got a tie for just R50, which was such a steal! The people helping me were so kind and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s definitely one of those places you want to keep going back to. It’s great value, sustainable fashion, and friendly service all in one.

Journey out of Homelessness Every person experiencing homelessness needs access to an effective life change pathway. Over the last 25 years, we have crafted an innovative skills based programme to overcome homelessness, designed by a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Social workers, homeless support workers, counsellors, trainers and life coaches.
