My favourite thrift store of all time

I’m a regular at the Roeland Street store. And by regular, I mean minimum once a month, “back again?” kind of regular. Somehow, despite how often I go, I never leave empty-handed. They always have the best finds at really great prices, but what makes it for me is the people and what U-turn stands for. The staff are consistently so warm, chatty, and genuinely lovely which makes the whole experience feel special every time. I’ve brought quite a few people along over time, and every single one of them has said the same thing. It's even a regular outing with my colleagues. Highly recommend!

Friendly welcome and great products.

I ordered products online for collection as a way to do another round of shopping at the main warehouse. I saw amazing products from the parking lot already. The products are worth the price and for such a good cause. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to try on the products I bought.

Always a good day when I pop in to Uturn

It’s always a good day when I pop into Uturn Charity Shop! I’ve been a regular customer for years now, and with very good reason. The staff are consistently warm, helpful, and chatty ~ the kind of people who make a quick browse feel like a proper visit. The shop always has beautiful gems waiting to be discovered, and the coffee prices are simply unmatched :)
