I was dealing with a lady, I made an offer and with in a few munites she accepted the offer. I explain my dalema looking after family. She was professional, caring, listen, understood why, and most of all she was honest and helpfull. She kept her word and that for me is woth more than that couch. The couch is professional covered and came wrapped in plastic. I will never bye from a company reason these people do honest work and prices is by far more than 30% cheaper and its new. So if you look for furniture this i will recommend thank you for the great service best ever and I mean it.
