He had no problem, to come out on a public holiday, Easter Saturday in fact, to personally deliver a knee scooter for my son who had just come out of hospital the previous day. Manda in Johannesburg was a delight to work with. Her customer service was A-1. She went above & beyond, and made what I thought would be a difficult process simple and easy. I suffered a leg injury a few days before my trip to South Africa. I thought I was going to have to cancel the trip. Our trip coordinator reached out to WJL Mobility. I was easily able to reserve an electric wheelchair for an affordable price. Without WJL Mobility I would not have been able to make the trip. Manda met us at the airport, cheerful and ready to show me how to get into my wheelchair. The wheelchair was easy to use and it really was a lifesaver! My aunt who was on the trip has a disability. She saw how easy it was for me to obtain a wheelchair, and how delighted I was with the chair itself, she reached out to get a mobility device for herself. Manda met us at our hotel with a scooter, showed my aunt how to use it, and she was happy with it the entire trip. The second part of our vacation was in Cape Town. My aunt & I were easily able to get mobility devices there through WJL Mobility. The transition was very smooth and Carien was great as well! Delivery & return was seamless. She clearly explained the process of cost and deposit and where i would be met in CPT. Even when my flights changed last minute the communication between admin and pick up was great. Great experience catering for our needs. Easy and friendly drop off of wheelchair at our chosen location. Relaxed time frame to suit our needs. We took it with us on trips out of Cape Town and the provide was ok with this. Collected the chair back at our chosen location from hotel staff. Dropped off the deposit the following before our flight. Company was reachable all week via WhatsApp providing updates. Great company with great customer service.
