They have carried out an A/B test to determine whether the order conversion would increase when they displayed the Kiyoh Widget with the customer reviews on the product page. The test is initiated and conducted by Two equal groups of visitors landed on diferrent versions of the product page. One group without reviews (version A) and the other group with the Kiyoh Widget that shows customer reviews (version B).

After two weeks we saw a 6.7% increase in conversion for the version with reviews on At the end of the test period of 1 month the conversion increased further and achieved a higher conversion of 19.8% on the version with reviews.
