I bought a table off this company which arrived damaged. No phone number and unresponsive "chat" so emailed the problem. Sent pictures and was told it would be delivered within 5 -8 days which has been and gone. Since then I have been constantly emailing with only generic rubbish in response. Worst internet company ever!!!
After a month of waiting I finally had some one phone up to resolve this and I have to say he was great and was sorted out immediately. Come on guys, supply a phone number, it's quicker!!!

I now have the item purchased from vida XL and had an opportunity to further investigate the delay in delivery. The item was collected by the courier (YODEL) on Satrurday 18 May and taken to their Livingston Depot from where it would be delivered to me. Yodel were very busy and sub-contracted the delivery to a smaller local courier. However this courier was on holiday and only returned to work on Thursday 23 May. He made a start on a huge load of items to be delivered and managed to take care of mine on Friday 24 May. Yodel totally ignored the situation of a large number of items being held in their warehouse waiting delivery by a courier who was holiday. I accept that vida XL were not directly at fault. However I hope this is a lesson learned and that vida Xl will reconsider their policy on selection of couriers and ONLY use Yodel if they agree not to sub-contact deliveries without approval from vida X.

Please just acknowledge that things have gone wrong. Most customers understand that problems are inevitable and what is important is how the company deals with them - be honest. Be proactive and do not leave it to your customers to try and sort out your problems.

After a bumpy ride finally resolved.Seems they have an elite service team and once you get through to them problems are dealt with well and fast - Thanks David. Shows they do care about their customers which was half the battle.

None really. Post out sub standard goods, that arrive long after the advertised time and then have an international postage address for returns. Avoid.

Get some quality control for your products and some customer service agents that can actually resolve issues.
Pay for return postage also.

Bought a sideboard. The company took the money but the product wasn't actually in stock. The order sat in pending status for two weeks with no communication or replies to the messages I sent. Avoid the hassle, don't use this company.

- Don't allow customers to buy out of stock items and take payment for them.
- Communication.
