“I originally left a negative review because I experienced several weeks with virtually no communication after placing my order. At the time, it was understandably frustrating and concerning. Floris, the founder, then personally reached out to me and explained that the company had been dealing with a very serious emergency. After hearing the full story, I completely understood why things had unfolded the way they did. It was clearly an exceptional situation, and unfortunately it meant they had fallen behind with emails and order updates. From that point on, my experience was completely different. Floris was incredibly responsive, kept me informed, carefully verified all the order details, and made sure I was getting exactly the helmet and visors I wanted. It was clear that he genuinely cared about resolving the situation, and everything was handled very quickly once he was back. My order has now been shipped and is on its way to me. Once it arrives, I’ll happily post a further update about the products themselves. Based on everything that has happened since Floris got in touch, I can only say that the customer service has been excellent. Sometimes unexpected situations happen, and what really matters is how people respond. I truly appreciate the honesty, the personal attention, and the effort Floris made to put everything right. “Noch in Oostenrijk, noch in België was de schroef voor mijn skihelm slokker te verkrijgen. Ze gaven de raad om een nieuwe helm te kopen omdat het visier los was gekomen. Voor 14, 90€ is mijn helm weer volledig in orde. Bovendien snelle levering.” Lees meer >
