Goede prijs en service

Switch 2 met Mario Kart gekocht voor een prima prijs. Ook de bezorging vond ik een verademing. Een zeer kleine tijdspanne werd aangegeven en ook nog een sms'je dat ze er binnen 10 minuten waren. Perfect.

Excellent service and great shop

Coolblue provides great service and device replacement went so easy and smooth. My tunturi massage gun broke almost near the end of warranty period, but Coolblue made a great option to replace it. I know you can sometimes find goods cheaper somewhere else, but I would prefer to get an excellent service as an extra. Looks like a paid review, but it is not :)

Item didnot delivered

The item was supposed to be delivered on November 30th, but today is December 2nd and it still hasn't been delivered. tried to connect customer service via mobile but after one hour waiting no one unswered. the issue was not resolved until discussed in person in coolblue store in Den haag. Thanks to operator he was very helpfull. Now instead of getting the item on November 30th, I'll hopefully get it on December 6th.

Overzichtelijke website en snel geleverd

I had to cancel the order as I could not schedule it 2 days later than the maximum days It was not clear on the website - receiving a dishwasher requires coordination, so working together with the client on this would be friendlier

Bezorging bij jullie is altijd perfect en zal ik ook altijd blijven doen. Afhalen in de winkel ben ik echter geen fan van. Iets zo simpel als een afhaalorder laat je toch al 20 minuten in de winkel spenderen. Bij de concurrent kan je naar het afhaalpunt komen, laat je je bewijs zien, onderteken je dat je het meeneemt en klaar. Hier gaan er voor mijn gevoel te veel onnodige stappen in de customer journey waardoor het geen fijne ervaring in de winkel biedt. Daarom 3 sterren, maar online geef ik jullie 10 sterren! Online zou ik jullie dus wel aanraden, maar voor de winkel is mediamarkt toch wel beter, en daar heb ik meerdere over gehoord die hierover hetzelfde denken

Dacht dat ze oude stofzuiger mee zouden nemen

Nu zit ik met een oude stofzuiger want Coolblue kwam niet zelf de nieuwe stofzuiger afleveren. Dit was de reden dat ik bij Coolblue de bestelling heb gedaan. Teleurstelling !

Fake delivery promises, broken track and trace

Another company that makes false promises of next day delivery even in times where they can barely keep up with their logistics. Multiple consecutive failed deliveries with 0 updates and 0 information on their (broken) track & trace pages. Non-existent customer support, your typical AI chatbot that the only thing it can do is frustrate you more and never provide any actual help. Phone lines are of course an endless waiting and I have never managed to talk to actual person to help me with my order. The worst possible experience you can have on a webshop. I wish the rating bar would go lower.

Kwaliteit van Coolblue

Mijn PS5-controller was defect en ik heb deze naar de reparatieservice gestuurd. Tot mijn verrassing kreeg ik meteen een nieuwe controller toegestuurd. De reactie was ontzettend snel, de communicatie duidelijk en vriendelijk, en de levering supersnel. Geen enkel probleem of gedoe – echt de kwaliteit die je van Coolblue mag verwachten. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service!

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I had a disappointing delivery experience with my recent order from Coolblue. Even though I was at home, no one came to my door and they didn’t ring the bell. Despite living on the second floor with many neighbors on the same floor, my package was left on the ground floor with someone else. Their collaboration with PostNL caused additional issues, and the delivery service did not meet my expectations. While the products are good, the delivery process definitely needs improvement. After this experience, I won’t be choosing Coolblue again.
