I see that you sent us an email on 06-10. Unfortunately, our department is very busy and you did not receive a response until this morning. Our apologies for this.
You placed an order with us on 29-09. We packed and shipped the package on 30-09, and on 03-10 the carrier sent the package to destination country. On our website, you can see that the average shipping time to United Arab Emirates is 4-8 working days. Therefore, we expect the package to arrive in destination country quickly and then be forwarded.
