Excelent

Snel

Fast and reliable delivery - thanks

All did good with my order on Novus's website: easy to find the item I wanted and fast delivery. I recommend.

Zoals de titel zegt.

Fast delievery and excellent product quality

super

When I got the back pack I was astonished by quality of fabric that it had been produced of. Also, looks pleases me a lot. Bag looks really slick when it carries moderate weight. I look functionality that bag offers. There is plenty of choices how to organise your stuff. There is plenty of room for your personal items since there are many kinds of pockets. Zippers are of good quality. When stuffed full back pack looks a bit like squared Jerry can. But bag endures well weight. It also feels good on the back - even when fully loaded. Hip belt is detachable which is great in daily use. You don't always need hip belt so it is good if you can detach it. Shoulder straps are really good. They are best I've seen. Load lifters help to guide bag's weight. I like the way how shoulder straps can be hidden. This way back pack can be transformed into regular bag. All strap are attached with metallic hooks or carabiners. Laptop compartment can handle one laptop and one tablet computer. Main compartment opens clamshell style which makes fitting of belongings easy. This minimally branded back pack is just a great companion for any kind of travel. It will exceed sinun expectations totally. Also, buying from Novus Fumus.com was really easy. They accept PayPal payments and do deliveries very fast. Thanks you, Novus Fumus.com.

Fast and clear

Snel en netjes geleverd

Snelle levering, fantastisch product.

I recently ordered a Tortuga travel bag through their partner Novus Fumus, as Tortuga does not yet deliver in Europe. Everything went smoothly and I received my bag the next day as promised. I called them before ordering to clarify their ordering procedures and was happy to find a working telephone number and speak with a human, something which is not always evident these days with on-line ordering. :-)

Fast delivery!

negative aspects: - zipper in little pocket sometimes sticks to the material - a bit expensive for what it is positive aspects - good material, hoping for good durability - very comfortable (for a simple backpack like this) - simple design - fast and easy shipping

Quality product

Super fast shipping, constant updates on the package status and location. Backpack as expected. Just one advice: the website could use some improvement in the general layout and in the description of the items in order to look as professional and legit has it actually is. Thanks a lot for the great service

I had a couple questions about a preorder and what the option would be in case my order didn’t arrive before my deadline. I got a quick reply saying that I could then cancel my order and get a full refund. Very satisfied with this store.

I received my bag as soon as it was available !! Perfect !! Never saw a price cheaper than that !
