Packing stuck for a week at customs. I had to call fedex and was told that I need to file papers that I don't even have. Emailed and took days for a response and still nothing happened.

Excellent service and the odd time when I’ve had a problem- deliver company not expat shop - they immediately deal with it. Product always arrives within a few day of ordering. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

I bought 4 large bottles of mayonaise, thinking they would last a good year - but they arrived with a 4 month expiry, which I think is really bad because we can't eat 4 large bottles by then! I wrote to complain and haven't recieved a reply yet.

I wish I could order from thw USA without a $20 duty from Fed Ex. Do you have another option, like Amazon? Love those Kaneelstokjes!

I had 3 broken bottles in the box of 12. They answered my query very quickly. Unfortunately they were unable to send me the 3 replacements but they gave me some compensation.

Veel producten beschikbaar om te bestellen. De bestelde producten worden goed verpakt en redelijk snel geleverd. Houdbaarheid datum over het algemeen lang. Prima communicatie via e-mail van customer service.

Dit was de 1e keer dat ik bij jullie iets besteld hebt. De wachttijd viel reuze mee. En het product is precies het gene wat ik wilde hebben.

De leveringsduur was acceptabel. De website vind ik onoverzichtelijk. Het zou fijn zijn als het gewicht ten alle tijde boven aan te zien is (en niet alleen in de winkel wagen) Het standaard aanbieden van een koelelement a 13,- euro niet acceptabel, dat moet een keuze kunnen zijn. Bovendien neemt het enorm veel ruimte in. Veel kaas keuze, maar alleen in grote hoeveelheden. Een pond/ kilo vers van het mes was eerder nooit een probleem. Prijzen van producten zijn duidelijk gerezen(!)
