I had to prompt the co to get our stuff shipped (they had forgotten) and it arrived then very quickly but NO dry ice in it, nothing, not a drop. No apology either. Disappointing. Improvement starts with recognising the fault in the first place.

My shipment was delayed, the chocolate was as melted, the packaging was so poor that the bottles smashed my bread completely flat and I was hit by an additional FedEx bill for $35 after. Never doing this again.

Fast delivery from holland to Canada. Only downside is that I ordered chocolade (cote dore) and it was completely melted and got solid again, it taste exactly the same but it very hard to get the aluminum foil of. Don’t forget the tax for every country for import

I again suffered destroyed packages because of insufficient packaging at your end. I had previously notified you about your inadequate packaging earlier this year after a prior problem. The packaging this time was as bad or worse than the earlier damaged shipment. I explained how your prior system with 2 smaller boxes lined with foam inside of a bigger box had worked well when I used DHL. Fedex seem to require that sort of system as every time I use them I have damage, but never as bad as today: I had to refuse the package. Harvey
