Geweldige service en snelle levering

I was able to order the product I wanted, and it did arrive promptly. I was completely unaware of the extra charges that would be incurred and it would’ve been nice if you had indicated on your invoice that there would be tariffs and other charges coming from the shipper. Or even before the order was completed so I could’ve decided if I wanted to spend that extra money. The other issue is that the products received have an expiration date of April 2027, which only gives the person four months to consume the large amount which is going to be a Christmas gift. I think giving a year is customary and certainly courteous. These are small things that could be corrected in your sales marketing area. As far as recommending you, your company is the only company I found that sold the product I was looking for.

I had an issue with delivery and Charlie excellently sorted the issue and made sure my product was delivered. Charlie kept me up to date with what was going on. I had no idea my parcel was going to be late, I had the form asking me to complete this survey and I just wrote back saying I had not received the product yet. Charlie from Dutch Expat Shop contacted me and sorted it, I really did not expect a reply. 1 opmerking levering. De doos is over mijn hek gegooid en er was 1 product gebarsten daardoor en de saus was over heel de doos gelopen

Makkelijk om te bestellen, binnen een week in huis.

De levering verloopt doorgaans redelijk vlot. Een aandachtspunt blijft echter de controle van de houdbaarheidsdatums. Producten worden regelmatig geleverd met een beperkte resterende houdbaarheid en zijn in sommige gevallen zelfs al over de vervaldatum. De dienst na verkoop verdient daarentegen een positieve vermelding. Eventuele problemen worden steeds op een efficiënte, snelle en professionele manier afgehandeld.

Had jammer genoeg zelf geen rekening gehouden met de levertijd en vond het daarom erg lang duren voordat het geleverd werd. Volgende keer daar meer op alert zijn Zodat alles “op tijd” binnen is.

Het meeste wat ik ontvangen heb was a goed verpakt en met een ruime houdbaarheidsdatum, helaas …anders hadden jullie echt 5 sterren gehad …4 artikelen die nog maar een houdbaarheidsdatum datum hadden tot en met (half) december…dat is jammer, zeker gezien de aantallen die ik gekocht had ook niet haalbaar om deze allemaal voor die tijd te gebruiken

Bij een levering gaat er al eens iets stuk door transport. Corrrecte evrgoeding heeft steeds plaatsgevonden. Prima zo.

I ordered a several packs of Texels beer. I missed the delivery so I rearranged it to my office 2 days later. It arrived badly damaged. So bad that the courier did not event ake it oput of his van - he recorded it as damaged and left. This company is now refusing to refund me or supply me with the product in good order. Total ****.
