It was easy to navigate their website and order products. The products arrived mostly in good order. When there was a problem with the frozen goods, by NO faults of this company but further down the line with one of the couriers, the Dutch Expat Company reacted to my email immediately and replaced these goods and sent them again at no extra costs (except customs). I'm very happy with their service and will certainly order from them again .

I chose my products and paid for them but had a problem in the US when the box arrived. FedEx was holding them and would not release my order so I called FedEx several times and spoke to the company who handles their issues. I could not understand what FedEx was asking me so I wrote the Dutch Expat Shop who contacted FedEx on my behalf. The Dutch Expat Shop handled the problem immediately and I was contacted by FedEx that they had released my items! I was so impressed by the customer service that the Dutch Expat Shop provides to its customers.

Ik heb op 12 juli bestelling 100479077 bij jullie geplaatst. Op 15 juli kreeg ik bericht dat de bestelling is vertraagd. Vandaag 29 juli krijg ik de vraag hoe mijn ervaring met Dutch expat shop is geweest terwijl ik nog steeds geen pakket heb ontvangen. Sterker nog, ik kan het pakket niet meer volgen via track en trace. Graag uw hulp om deze situatie zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Bij bestelling leek de levertijd drie dagen te zijn. Dat blijkt - na bestelling - exclusief verwerkingstijd van 3-5 dagen. Mijn klacht en vragen om mijn geld terug worden niet beantwoord of in zeer korte, slecht geschreven e-mails. Amateurs.

Bestelling gedaan en tracking details ontvangen. Tracking said " return to sender" No explanation, no communication despite two emails. Still no communication from Dutch expat shop. Will not be using them again at this rate.
