Het wqs even zoeken om te vinden hoe het werkt, maar toen ik dat wist wwrkte het best goed. De verzonden artikelen zijn goed verpakt en in goede staat aangekomen bij mijn zuster op Mallorca. Het was snel geregeeld en bezorgd. Wel had ik gehoopt dat ik zou kunnen kiezen uit een aantal standaard levensmiddelenpaketten, maar ik moest zelf alles item voor item invoeren.

I was disappointed , I ordered 8 containers of coffee and the expiration is less than six months !! For the money I paid for shipping and customs almost 300 dollars and my coffees will expire soon !!!

Vier dagen nadat ik mijn bestelling had geplaatst was hij nog steeds in behandeling. Heb hem daarom geannuleerd. Daarna kreeg ik alsnog een mededeling dat de bestelling werd verzonden. Inmiddels had ik bij een ander bedrijf al een gelijkwaardige bestelling geplaatst, dus email verzonden dat ik de bestelling bij Dutch Expat Shop echt niet meer wilde ontvangen. Dat werd overigens wel correct en snel afgehandeld. De bestelling bij het andere bedrijf (lokaal in Portugal) was na 2 dagen in huis en bovendien flink goedkoper.

Having come across the expat shop, as my late mum was dutch and I recalled so many nice things i used to like to eat as a young girl, and lovely to be able to purchase some of those things, shame about the cost for the ice packs as would have loved some of the chilled products but could not justify the price of those on top of delivery charges

Our order was dispatched but unfortunately arrived in the UK but did not arrive with us. Royal Mail have lost this and despite contacting them and Dutch Expat Shop I am no further forward. Husband’s birthday missed and looks like I’m left to chase. Very disappointed at present.

Remoulade sauce, the white German kind, is very difficult to find in the USA. And if you find it, it is usually in the little tubes and not in the glasses, and it is totally overpriced. So I am super happy that I found Kühne Remoulade in the Dutch Expat Shop. I ordered the glasses and in less than 2 weeks I found a big package on my porch. Everything was very well packaged and arrived safely. I am so happy. I will also in the future have nice fish dinners. Thank you.

I ordered some Green Soap to wash my pottery towels as I learned this product was excellent for cleaning. I am unable to get the product in the USA and found that this company would ship here. I received it within 2 weeks without any concerns.
