Sometimes you just need something familiar in our case drop (black stuff we like in Holland) and real peppermints the Dutch version and you cannot buy it in the country you live in… The Dutch expat shop made it easy for me and it was delivered to my doorstep. Thank you

Mijn excuses als ik Dutch Expat verkeerd heb beoordeeld. Het is idd Siroperie Meurens die ik moet contacteren. Tot een paar jaren geleden was de echte Luikse stroop gemaakt van appels, peren en dadels. Waarom het veranderd is in samenstelling is mij onbekend. Dutch Expat heeft mijn bestelling zeer goed en supersnel geleverd en ik zal zeker als klant aanblijven. Met vriendelijke groeten Bettina

Ordering is great but shipping is a disaster, last time you shipped they lost my order 2 times, after many emails for over more than a month l finally received it, yet l paid DHL for 4 day shipping. This is very frustrating. This time it is happening again, the 4 day has already turned out to be 2 weeks and notice from them. I should receive a refund. Next time l might as well go with FEDX, slower but at least l would receive it without so many problems.

Appreciate availability of goods and how to order. here are a couple of points which might make the experience even better: * Schuimpjes were no longer available. Would have liked to order. * Mentioned this before. Always try to optimize packaging/shipment cost. Try to play with the information provided on the website but it is mindboggling. You have x kg available to add for the same shipment cost, you go over and remove the item and then the logic changes. Anyway the calculations are not clean but is not a show stopper. * I used Fedex this time and I have no idea why they kept the package in Belgium for a week. The import/tariff piece was quick (1-2 days) and then it took 5 days to get here (suppose to arrive today).

When you order bottles - it´s fantastic to see the respect and quality the items are packed in I would use Dutch Expat Shop again

Na lang aarzelen besloten om het toch eens een keer te proberen. Ruime keuze en meer dan redelijke bezorging kosten. Diepvriesproducten verpakt in droogijs wat na 3 dagen nog compleet bevroren was en , naar mijn inziens, nog gemakkelijk een paar dagen langer in de piepschuim doos had kunnen blijven. Alles met zorg gepakt en geen problemen met uitpakken. Al met al mijn eerste ervaring met Dutch Expat Shop was super en gaat zeker niet mijn laatste zijn. Er zijn gewoon Nederlandse (Belgische) producten die ‘onmisbaar’ zijn zelfs als je in het buitenland woont.

This is my 'go-to' site to stock up on my Dutch favourites. The site is easy to navigate and everything is very well packed for safe delivery. All the products I order have a good shelf life and the order process is very quick.
