Great products at a good price, especially liked the function at the end that tells you how much more weight I could add to the shipment, so went back to order some more, quickly sent and easy to track, we will be back for sure!!

The tax forms for import were not in order, after more than 2 weeks I still have not received my package. They expected me to send the content and value declaration of the package to customs myself, as they clearly not did this right. This is not what you´d expect for the handling fee one pays, or a company specializing in sending stuff abroad.

Prompt, reliable service! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! I plan to order more soon! Celebrating my Dutch heritage!

The chocolate sprinkles are very good but so are Albert Heinz’s own brand and a lot cheaper. Also why don’t you sell them in the larger box, when I lived in the Netherlands the box’s were double 200grm at least. So of course it’s good quality but you could do better for the customer.

I am very appreciative of being able to buy basic F here because it had changed my sons life. He cannot process fat which is in every other formula i have found. Because of this im nervous every time i order because he absolutely needs it and its a mystery on when it will be shipped. I get an email saying the order went through but then a week goes by without any information. It would be nice to send an update email saying, your order should be shipped in 2 days or it will be shipped in 5 days something like that so people know when to expect it and stop worrying

My two beers arrived via Fedex as expected - in fact they were early. Great service.

Grateful to be able to order the European version of some of our favorite toiletries without the harmful additives included in their American counterparts. The selection was good, and the items arrived very quickly.

I was thrilled to place an order for some favorite Dutch products for our son-in-law who now lives in the US as a surprise. Part of the order arrived in great condition! The other box, mostly glass bottles, did not arrive because it was damaged in transit. The customer service agent I emailed with was excellent in understanding my concern and helped me get a refund for what never arrived! I appreciated the speedy response and excellent communication! I'm placing another order in hopes of surprising my son-in-law!

This package was damaged during transport. I haven’t received it yet. Dutch expat shop is not at fault here, they have always been good in packaging the goods properly.

They take a while to process but after a week or so I got an email with a tracking code. My first box sadly got damaged in transit so it got stuck in the UK. I contacted the dutch expat shop and they reached out to the shipment company to see what the problem was. I then got offered two options, either a complete refund or a new box to be sent the following Monday (their shipping day). I wanted the box and like they promised it was sent on Monday and it arrived 2 days later. The frozen items are still frozen and the bottles arent broken. Super happy to have some things from home. Will be using them again in the future

Easy ordering, fast delivery good prices.

Helaas had ik problemen met het aangeven van de hoeveelheid van de minibolletjes, ik wilde meer bestellen, maar lukte steeds maar niet. Ook de kazen, weinig keuze, tenminste voor een kleine huishouding, want wat doen mijn man en ik met z`n tweetjes met een groot wiel kaas! Bij die grote kazen hebben jullie dus wel meer keuze. De plasticverpakking van een van de pakjes van de door mij bestelde satésaus was kapot, dus alles vol met saus! Maar was blij dat die dag eindelijk de spullen kwamen, want had die dag voor vrienden een indon. rijsttafel gepland!!! Verder wel tevreden, maar niet enthousiast, ik heb ervaring met andere nederl. spullenleveranciers, o.a. een firma die hier in Oostenrijk gevestigd is, en is mijn mening (ik geef ook mijn ervaringen aan nederl. in het buitenland verder) serieus te nemen.

Eerder bestelde ik bij Holland Webwinkel maar die is overgenomen door Dutch Expatshop. De artikelen zijn duurder en de verzending ook. Het bestelproces is lastig en pas na een mail gestuurd te hebben werd mijn bestelling bevestigd, terwijl ik allang betaald had. De verplichte isolatiebox maakt het erg duur en die kan je na ontvangst weggooien. Erg zonde, duur en milieubelastend.

I received my order with a broken bottle. I emailed tthem with a picture.They refunded the cost of my product the same day. I am happy to have found Dutch Expat Shop so that I can enjoy the beer that became my favorite while traveling in Germany.

Ordering from an overseas company for the first time I was a little bit apprehensive however I placed my order hoping for the best. I was kept informed of when the delivery would arrive and was pleased with the communication and the delivery when it arrived on time.

Ordering chocolate from another country is always taking a chance that it won't arrive unbroken or unmelted. I highly recommend this company for their expertise. My order arrived fairly quickly and in good shape.

Products are good but prices have increased significantly since previous orders.

I normally buy my own stuff in Holland, but could not go this year, so I ordered my favourite goods from Dutch Expat shop, for a fair price. I had to time the order, as it says it would be delivered within 5 working days, I had to make sure I was at home. Days went by and no parcel, when a **** text said "my parcel" had been delivered (nothing to do with Dutch Expat) I thought I had lost it. I emailed Dutch Expat who then said my parcel had not been sent yet, they were waiting for some articles. I would have liked to be told that without prompting, keep the client up to date. Once the parcel was sent, it arrived quickly, with everything well packaged and intact.
