Over het algemeen heel goed, maar met feestdagen net voldoende

Ik bestel regelmatig by Dutch Expat Shop. Ik ben over het algemeen zeer tevreden, bestellingen komen op tijd en goed aan. Behalve rond de feestdagen. Rond deze tijd vind ik de transparantie van de levertijd on overzichtelijk en word er ook niet goed gecommuniceerd. Daarom 3 sterren. Zonder feestdagen, 4-5 sterren.

Niet consequent.eerste zending ik bestelde danerol croissants.alles ok.2 e zending alleen met dry ice.dus niet naar filiu.nu weer wel op eigen risico. ???

Disappointing

First time using this website. Package didnt arrive until 8 Dec despite being clearly for Sinterklaas and me placing the order on 16th Nov. Was also lied to that the parcel was on its way and would be delivered 4th Dec but that day received a partial refund due to something being out of stock. Clearly it was never even on its way when they said it was. This made a difficult time worse as I was celebrating Sinterklaas for the first time independently without help from my Dutxh friend who introduced me to it and I was trying to carry on a ten year tradition alone.

Almost everything perfect

Except that one piece was missing (the second chocolate Letter G) all was fine. I did not complain as it would have been too late anyway. I assume the Packers had a lot to do and the stresslevel was high. So regard it as a present to them

Overdue delivery time

Turned out that a few items that I ordered and that were marked as ‘in stock’ were not available. Therefore my very timely order (placed on Nov 16) was delivered 2.5 weeks later instead of within 5-8 days. It was a timely order because of the pepernoten that should have gone into their shoes during the run up to Sinterklaas. It arrived two days before pakjesavond when family members also brought loads from the Netherlands. The whole order was now useless, and I ended up giving most of the £75 order away to local friends as we didnt need it anymore. Please change your actual item-availability to align with your website, and also give option to cancel one item for the rest to be delivered on time. The company did not keep their delivery promise as stated on the website, yet I did not get a (partial) refund. Will not order with them again, and have explained to other Dutch expats in the UK how terrible the experience has been!

HAS NOT DELIVERED MY COFFEE PODS, ORDERED ON NOVEMBER 18th.

I PLACED A LARGE ORDER OF COFFEE PODS ON NOVEMBER 18. YOU PROCESSED MY VISA CARD PAYMENT OF OVER $130.00. TODAY IS DECEMBER 15, AND THE FEDEX SHIPMENT IS STILL SITTING IN A FACILITY IN BELGIUM. NO ONE HA 02S TOLD ME WHY..... MY ORDER IS NOT MOVING. I HAVE MADE REPEATED CONTACTS WITH DUTCH EXPAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & MULTIPLE CONTACTS WITH FEDEX TRACKING. NO ONE IS TELLING ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.... NOR WHEN TO EXPECT MY ORDER. FEDEX STILL SHOWS AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF "DEC. 02, BUT THE TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE AT A FACILITY IN BELGIUM, SINCE NOVEMBER 29. WHAT IS GOING ON ???? I DESERVE AT LEAST A NEW.... EXPEDITED SHIPMENT... OR A DIRECT COMMUNICATION OF EXPLANATION & REFUND.

Sweet & Sour

Ordering was good, delivered I believe on time, package made it from over seas to its destination in the states only to be dropped on the ground by the fedex driver(six bottles broken) and then tell the concierge looks like something broke, did not see it happen but when I opened the package, the styrofoam for the bottom was completely separated from the rest of the package(have pictures)and the card board box was just starting to get wet. So other than fedex screw up five stars.
