As you informed us that you did not receive anything (not with neighbours or in your mailbox), we immediately opened an investigation with the carrier. In the meantime, and to ensure you were not left without a solution, we have issued a full refund of your order (€43.25) on March 25. We fully understand that this situation is frustrating. However, we would like to point out that we always do our utmost to resolve such issues quickly and fairly for our customers, as reflected in our many positive reviews. Items waren zoals beschreven. Levering was snel en vlot. Beetje spijtig dat er geen montagehandleiding bij zat. DIt is de de fout van de fabrikant, maar Sailcenter zou bv zelf een installatiefilmpje kunnen maken.
Hi Serge - goed punt van de handleiding! Zouden we zelf heel graag willen en staat zeker op ons lijstje om te gaan maken. Hopelijk duurt dat niet lang meer!

After initial size did not work was easy to change at the shop
Great and quick service as always but need to fix issue with damage by fedex. Maybe stronger box/paper tube for sails. FedEx/insurance should cover if sail arrives damaged.
