Shipment abroad a bit pricey but at least it's possible and surprisingly fast. Product description for the Laser gelcoats are lacking — the size and what hardener to use for example. There is a good selection, even products that are not available in my home country.

Placed an order, unclear when the product would arrive. It never did, after calling: nobody really knew where the products was. Eventually it was unclear when it could be delivered...months later it became clear it was not there anymore, ruined my sailing season.

Bedankt voor je feedback. Vervelend dat je zo lang hebt moeten wachten en dat onze communicatie tekort is geschoten.
De EuroTrax wiellagerset was bij je bestelling niet op voorraad, met een onbekende levertijd. We zijn hiervoor afhankelijk van één kleine leverancier in Duitsland. Ondanks herhaaldelijk contact en een persoonlijk bezoek hebben we de lagers helaas nog niet ontvangen. Ook zonder nieuwe leverinformatie hadden we je beter op de hoogte moeten houden. Excuses daarvoor.
Je bestelling is inmiddels geannuleerd en het volledige bedrag is teruggestort. De automatische verzendbevestiging die je daarbij ontving, heeft helaas voor extra verwarring gezorgd.
Zodra de lagerset binnenkomt, geven we je een seintje. Je kunt dan zelf bepalen of je deze alsnog wilt bestellen.
Good service and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, orders are only delivered after payment has been made, which is not very convenient for a sailing club. Offering more flexible payment options would be a welcome improvement.
