Sailcenter informed me very well about the complexity getting a part delivered to Turkey, I found someone that traveled the following day and they delivered that part immediately. Eventually I could continue sailing at my holiday destination. Very open and friendly contact with the sailcenter and marvelous delivery and flexibility.

Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft von SAILCENTER zum Liegeplatz unseres Strandkatamarans ist ein Glücksfall, alles was man braucht findet man dort. Die Auswahl im Geschäft und die fairen Preise entsprechen dem riesigen Online-Angebot. Die Beratung (in englischer Sprache) im Laden und per E-Mail ist kompetent und freundlich. Für uns bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Sailcenter provided the charter boats to Opti Team USA at Nieuwpoort Week ‘26 and my son was one of the members. We also ordered a new sail to be delivered at the event. They arrived on time, were efficient and friendly getting the 15 boats and 2 RIBS handed over to our team. The sail was perfect and the price was great! Overall an excellent experience and Team USA had a successful event and had no problems with any of the boats or equipment supplied. Highly recommend team Sailcenter. Thank you!

Hi Massimiliano, thank you for your feedback. After receiving your review, we contacted you straight away to understand what happened and to find a proper solution. Unfortunately, this is how we receive the Hyde sails from the factory: folded quite tightly, which can leave strong fold lines in the sail. We have raised this issue before, because we agree it does not give the best first impression, even though it does not affect the performance of the sail.
To make this right, we arranged a special sail delivery to Palermo. We will personally hand over a new sail to you in Palermo, so you can continue with a sail that feels right from the start. Thanks again for giving us the chance to solve this.

Dankjewel voor je mooie beoordeling. Van bestelling binnen tot pakket de deur uit: 31 minuten. Lekker vlot dus, al gaan we natuurlijk graag voor nóg sneller. Wie weet halen we de volgende keer onder de 30 minuten en wordt die 8 een 10? ;)
