Sent the wrong item then take their time to refund

Purchased 4 items. 3 were sent correctly, one was sent in error. Of the 4 original items I returned the one sailcenter sent in error plus another item that was too big in size. The former was refunded immediately but the latter hasn't been reimbursed 8 days after the return was received by sailcenter

Fijn Marco! Ik zie inderdaad dat de bestelling op 29 april is verstuurd en op 1 mei is geleverd. Meestal is het binnen Nederland via PostNL: vandaag verstuurd, morgen in huis 😊 Maar, rond feestdagen zoals Koningsdag loopt er helaas soms wat vertraging op bij de bezorgdiensten. Fijn in ieder geval dat je ook zag dat het niet aan ons lag 😉 Dank voor je bestelling en hopelijk tot de volgende keer!

Great stock availability; good value

ILCA 4 sail (North Sails) was great value; including the carriage for delivery to the UK. Did overlook the import charges though; something to remember if you’re purchasing outside the country. Purchase was still cheaper than the UK price, although not as an exceptional bargain, as I’d first thought!

Fast and smooth shipping.

I purchased three sets of buoyancy bags. They were more affordable than other brands, but the quality is excellent. The colors are beautiful, and the kids are very happy with them. I will definitely come back here for more supplies in the future.
