Quality Issues
Ordered the new ILCA 4 sail MkII package, with sail numbers mounted + battens and telltales. Telltales were not mounted, and it was impossible to find a reliable source for their positioning on the new MkII sail. Then one of the sail battens lost its end cap on the first sailing session. I would have expected better quality at that price.

Thank you for sharing your experience. A loose batten end cap during the first sailing session is understandably frustrating. These caps are factory-fitted, but unfortunately one can occasionally come loose. Telltale placement can also vary by personal preference, and our sets normally come with instructions. We’re pleased that everything has since been resolved and wish you plenty of enjoyable sailing with your new ILCA 4 MkII sail.

Very helpful and able to send the part that I bought w/i a day
Sailcenter informed me very well about the complexity getting a part delivered to Turkey, I found someone that traveled the following day and they delivered that part immediately. Eventually I could continue sailing at my holiday destination. Very open and friendly contact with the sailcenter and marvelous delivery and flexibility.
