Hello, We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your parcel. According to the DPD tracking, the package was marked as delivered. As you informed us that you did not receive anything (not with neighbours or in your mailbox), we immediately opened an investigation with the carrier. In the meantime, and to ensure you were not left without a solution, we have issued a full refund of your order (€43.25) on March 25. We fully understand that this situation is frustrating. However, we would like to point out that we always do our utmost to resolve such issues quickly and fairly for our customers, as reflected in our many positive reviews. We therefore hope this experience does not give an inaccurate impression of our service. Kind regards, Jelien

Prima, correct, snel

Items waren zoals beschreven. Levering was snel en vlot. Beetje spijtig dat er geen montagehandleiding bij zat. DIt is de de fout van de fabrikant, maar Sailcenter zou bv zelf een installatiefilmpje kunnen maken.

Broken box, sail dameged.

Great and quick service as always but need to fix issue with damage by fedex. Maybe stronger box/paper tube for sails. FedEx/insurance should cover if sail arrives damaged.

They go the extra mile

During the Palamós regatta, the Sailcenter team went above and beyond for us. They handle everything from repairs to new equipment with professionalism and efficiency. In our case, they managed a rudder repair smoothly and, after finishing their own logistics for the day, even located our boat and stored it inside so we wouldn’t have to wait. Proactive, reliable and genuinely supportive of young sailors and their families which is invaluable after four tiring days. Highly recommended.

Since you entered a German delivery address, their system automatically sent the tracking updates in German. Thankfully it was not Dutch :) All emails sent directly by us — including your order confirmation and the notification that your package was packed — were sent to you in English. We apologize for any confusion caused by this automation. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually adjust the language of the shipping provider’s tracking emails based on individual preferences when a German address is provided. Super Beratung, schnelle Lieferung, sehr freundlich

Egal welches Anliegen man hat, alles wurde super kompetent mit viel Erfahrung und Leidenschaft gelöst. Die Lieferungen kamen auch immer sehr schnell an. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben damals die ersten Boote gekauft, und hatten auch einen Vergleich mit anderen europäischen Händlern.
