Perfect in every way

I ordered several items and received all but one item. For the product that was not available, the money was automatically refunded to me without me having to ask. I looked for shops that sell Dutch food and this shop was the only one of many with prices that weren't exaggerated.

Good and reliable

Products are Good quality and packaged well . However although the products are actually quite reasonably priced, being a International customer at domestic quantities isn't practical economically since the postage and handling cost far exceeds what the products sell for.

Thank you for your response. The shipping costs outside the EU are high because the carriers have to do customs clearances that are not necessary within the EU and PostNL charges these costs. The costs that you pay with us are a lot lower than the normal costs that you would have to pay. However, the fact remains that shipping costs outside the EU are a lot more expensive unfortunately.

Bedankt voor je reactie- De verzendkosten buiten de EU zijn hoog om dat de vervoerders douane afhandelingen moeten doen die binnen de EU niet nodig zijn en deze kosten rekent PostNL door. De kosten die je bij ons betaald zijn een stuk lager dan de normale kosten die je zou moet betalen. Echter het feit blijft dat de verzendkosten buiten de EU een heel stuk duurder zijn helaas.

I order on a regular basis goods from the NEDERLANDS TO THE PHILIPPINES

The package from `Real Dutch Food` arrived at my home adddress delivered by the postman which in CAGAYAN province is an exception. Package was still in good shape although been opened by PHIL CUSTOMS. The transport time is quiet acceptable and the various items were still in good shape-ingrid from Buguey - Cagayan - PHILIPPINES
