I purchased a rear bumper lip advertised as fitting 1988-89 Honda Civic bumpers and not fitting 1990–1991 bumpers. My car has an original 1988 rear bumper, so based on the product description, this should have fit. The lip does not fit correctly. After contacting A4H-TECH, I was first told the issue was my bumper. Later, they confirmed my bumper is an 1988 bumper, but then stated the lip is not designed for the fog-light version — a restriction that is not mentioned anywhere in the product description. This important detail was only brought up after the purchase, and support has since stopped responding. The issue is not the bumper year, but missing and unclear fitment information on the product page. LIsting and after-sales support need improvement. Am very disappointed.

My experience with A4H was extraordinary, fast and kind communication, item in impeccable condition and fast delivery. I share my super positive experience and advise everyone to buy without thinking.

Wie gesagt Service ist top bei euch! Habe schon sehr viele Autoteile für meinen Honda Accord Euro R bei euch bestellt! Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen weil der Versandt der Ware immer lange dauert. Möglich das die Ware nicht da ist bzw erst geordert wird. Wenn man bei euch sehen könnte ob die Teile auch verfügbar wären,dann wäre das super!! Ansonsten nichts negatives zu sagen. Bei telefonischen Fragen immer sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit!!!!! Weiter so ;)

I was offered an alternative product which is in stock so that it can arrive quicker and I decided to take it. It arrived quickly and everything was as it should be
