I placed two orders, each of them containing the same spare parts, because after placing the first one I realised that maybe I will be in the need of other parts as well. Therefore I decided to cancel the first order, but after some days I reordered exactly the same parts in a second order, due to finding out that no other parts are needed for my car. The price of the second order however differed from the first one, it rose by that time, because the price of the spare parts I wanted to order were not correct on the site at the first order and till my second order they got corrected. Still, even after canceling my first order, after reaching for support, I was allowed to keep my first order, the one that was costing less, although it contained exactly the same products as the second one. So I was very satisfied, because this mess was actually my mistake and yet, I still could keep my first order, which helped me a lot.
