Bought the wrong part and asked if they can switch it for me and they did without any issues or trouble(only had to pay the difference). And Asked them significant questions and they always responded back within a day.

Vent valve was damaged but it's not that crucial.

Shipping was faster than I expected coming from overseas. Mud flaps fit and look just like oem! Would def recommend this product!!

They will sell you things that they dont have in stock and will take some weeks until they ship it to you... ----------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 29-05-2024 I still don´t have my order yet, and it was bought on 02-05... I would expect if there is a delay this big, that the company at least notifies me but this wasn´t the case, I always had to email them first... Probably the last time I would buy from you, as your direct competidor send the items on the very same day.

First it was boring because you have items in the site that was descontinued and I bought that item and had to solve the problem with customer support. But in the end the customer support was great and its all ok.

False claims of having products in stock. Takes 2 weeks to send products (before transport). Charges ridiculous mark up prices and even adds % for paying with card or PayPal.

Llegué a A4H-TECH recomendado por un amigo. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quien esté pensando en comprar con ellos. Desde el primer momento de realizar el pedido me estuvieron informando de todo el proceso de envío, localización del paquete, etc. Les escribí varios correos ya que se demoró 2 días más en llegar al destino y a los 2 minutos de escribir cada uno de los correos me respondieron dandome la información que necesitaba (atención al cliente excelente). Me llega hoy el artículo para mi Honda Civic EG en perfectas condiciones, nuevo, bien empaquetado y con una bolsa de chuches HARIBO de regalo y una targeta de agradecimiento. Sin duda voy a seguir comprando con ellos siempre que necesite algo. Muchas gracias.
