Wide range of products with decent prices. Products come well packaged and customer support is easy to communicate with when needed. Shipping is a bit expensive for me, but I guess that varies for each one.. A "Free shipping above xx€" would be nice but otherwise a great place to buy Honda parts.

A really good an motivated team, I have no complaints

My order was sent back for a reason unknown to me and customer service told me I had put the address in wrong so they kindly fixed it for me. The party I ordered was wrong anyway so I asked if they would be able to exchange the part out which they also did and refunded me the amount difference. Overall they were very helpful. I have never had a customer service do that before so it was greatly appreciated.

I am a Honda owner from Italy, and after buying several times from their site I am realizing that, even if I pay a higher price, it is better to buy certain spare parts in physical stores in my city. Although the seller has been willing to solve the problem of an item that arrived different from the one ordered, now I have realized that the engine mount ordered is not exactly the same as the eom one.

Like the title says, these guys have excellent communication with the client. My order was not easy as some items back ordered. They kept me informed even before deadlines expire. Other than that I would say I find the prices on some items too expensive, but most are around average.
