Hello Ramon,
we are a bit surprised by your review, since we havn't received an email from you with the issue you are having with the product.
We have not been able to look into this together with you and to find out if the product has indeed a production error or if the product is different from what you were expecting of it and it is in the condition like it has to be.
Some people think for example that a plastic lip is always ready for installation but in fact it's a bare plastic item which needs preperation, painting etc.
That is why we would like to ask you to send us an email with a (resized) photo of the product, so we can determin together with you what the exact reason is.
We hope that you understand that this review is a bit ''early'' to write, because what if we would have helped you with this (like we are still planning to) and eventually you got a perfect product with a great service and aftersales? We hop you understand that we would like to ask you to reconsider the review, after we had contact you you via email (as requested).
