Everything was good, but some prices in my opinion are too high, and discount codes doesn’t work sometimes.
Last time I had a bad time with an order and I rated them with 1 star, but I must admit that this time they did everything posible to get me the better prices and delivery time, guiding me through email, so now I can say that they had improved their service a lot. I would recommend them to everyone.

Order 21106746 / 000108353 Prior to that I spent about 22K EUR over the course of 2 years. Last year A4H delivered the order to a billing address and not a shipping address. The order was received by my wife and the was very displeased with the amount of money she learnt I was spending. A4H on their part did nothing to quickly arrange the redelivery and I had to order Bolt and spend about 100 EUR to deliver 2 big boxes to the right address. A4H promised they will eliminate the chance of such mistake in the future. Fast forward to this July when they make the same mistake. A ~1,400 EUR order is again sent to a billing address and not a shipping address. This time the situation is much worse however: - I am in another country and can't swiftly deal with the situation - My wife, with whom we are separating at the moment, again receives the delivery and after learning it's for my cars throws it on a street - A4H do nothing about it and do not accept the responsibility for days - After I state the obvious that neither my mechanic, nor I, who paid for the order, received the package and this means that the delivery hasn't happened, they agree to send the parts one more time - Having some pity for them, I propose a deal. Before they send me the order one more time I ask my construction worker from Lisbon to pause his work and go to where the package was delivered and try to locate it. I propose A4H to pay for that trip. - Luckily, my worker is able to locate the package (saved by a street cleaner) and delivers it to my mechanic, where it had to be shipped in the first place I thought that A4H will be eager to pay for the expenses (hourly rate of the worker, fuel and toll roads) but after receiving the news they just went silent again for days. Do not deal with A4H. They don't value your time, and after they grabbed your money, they won't accept the responsibility for any screw-ups. PS. Now A4H says I need to "edit my order to get the 213 EUR refund". Ha!
We are in contact with this customer, because there is just to much going on form his side and our side at the moment to reply properly on this case. Every story has 2 sides and we will wait untill this case is finished completely, before we reply to this review. EDIT A4H-TECH: Customer wants a compensation for something he can't actually proof and want 213 euro from us without any proof/invoice. Again, the amount of stories, accusations and mentioned reasons are way above the actual situation. When you read the above story, you can imagen that there are a lot of strange things going on over there. Hardly 25% of the story has been told and customers keeps away imprtant information from our side to make the story more extrem. EDIT 2 18-08-2025 A4H-TECH: Customer doesn't reply to our emails anymore. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

Despite the late delivery from SKUNK2, the customer care was exceptional and reponsive.
Overall my experience was very good. Customer service was quick and the parcel was packed very well.
