We received this review from you, but we don't understand why you review us with a rate 1, since we perfectly informed you on 03-08 that it could take up to 10-15 working days.
We even informed you on 09-08 again with the same information that we are in the 5th working day since your order. Today we are in the 9th working day of the given 10-15 working days.
You could have replied to us that you want to cancel the order or you possibly want to proceed with the order, but you didn't replied at all!
Now we receive a rate 1 from you and we think we havn't done anything wrong so far.
We would like to ask you if you could change the review and understand the fact that if we and neither does SRS have your exhaust, and we tell you that it could take 10-15 working days, we just hold the product in backorder for you, untill you tell us to do anything else.
We have informed you perfectly in all phases of the order and there isn't much to blame us in our opinion.
We will send you a request for changing the review, so other customers can also see that we havn't done anything wrong so far, despite the fact that a product is not in stock at us or at SRS (But that isn't something to blame us for because ''the shipping takes long''.No other company has this muffler in stock at the moment, so we should review all other companies as well?!
