Not to happy to pay for using bank transfer which sadly cost me £25.00. Are you sure you need to charge for card use? Most companies now absorb the cost, maybe this is something you could look into doing.

Good follow-up of my order: the ski jacket I had order was out of stock in the size I had chosen; I received a call to inform me that if I wanted to try the size below I could do so and the return would be at no extra costs should the jacket not fit. Delivery was extremely fast; overall the best service I have had from an online retailer.

It would be usefull to add a comparison functionality to spare when choosing the right ski outfit.
