Dear Gilka, Actually we don't calculate VAT for purchases outside of the European Union so that you only have to pay for import costs (customs). This is probably visible if you look at your invoice. I hope this was helpful. Kind regards, Team SkiWebShop

I would recommend the company for rapid service and refund on a poor quality product.

Suggestions

The product, a pair of Klipe, walking trousers had badly designed popper buttons which were too stiff and did not function as they should. SkiWebShop should quality check the products sold and ensure they are fir for purpose. I don't think the poor design was a one-off on my trousers only.

Great Service, choice and price. I've ordered 3 batches of skiwear so my wife and I can choose style and fit and skewed are happy to take returns - though its are in Holland via DPD, I think the cost from UK might wipe out any savings I've made. I like the Kilpi brand. Delivery is very quick and its a good tracking system.

Suggestions

Stocks levels - you seem to be running out of a lot or items but I guess that nay be down to me buying quite late in the season (Feb). Voucher codes are advertised on Voucher Code sites (just google) but apparently not redeemable - there is a disconnect there. I'd expected a 30% discount over GBP500 orders but was advised I can only get Eu5 if I subscribe to the magazine.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any additional discounts as we already lower the prices during the season: they are already on sale! If you take a look at the before - after price on the website you'd be able to see this. Thank you about your comment concerning our stock. Web site is quick and easy. Parcel arrived very quickly, delivered to my office and everything was fine.

Suggestions

Delivery charge is very high to ship to the UK. And also, the procedure to return the goods from the UK is not easy and costly to the customer. It seemed that there was a way to have drop point to return it from France. But I tried that and there was actually no drop point in France... As a consequence, the trousers I ordered are a bit too large, but exchanging them would cost me almost the same as the trousers themselves. So in the end, I have paid for something I will not use.

Dear Nathalie, I'm sorry to hear the trousers were too long. You can ship them back and will receive your total order amount including the first shipping costs you paid back into your account. Which means you eventually only pay the return costs. If you would still like to order new ski pants, you can place a new order in our webshop and use the discount code. I didn't receive any email confirmation listing the items I ordered and the shipment did not include an invoice. I was ordering ski stuff from a few websites and now I have no idea if I received everything. I need to return something that did not fit but it's a bit strange not having any paperwork at all.
