avevo acquistato dei pantaloni al costo di €89,99; li ho restituiti perchè difettosi e mi è stato fatto un buono apparentemente dello stesso valore. Quando ho riacquistati i pantaloni (un modello diverso) dal costo di €79,99 il prezzo mi è stato scontato ma ho dovuto pagare la consegna nonostante il mio buono fosse di €10 più alto.

Only issue (my fault) after placing original order I received the EXRTRA-25 discount (very happy) a few days later placed a bigger value order but didn't receive the Extra-25 discount.
