3 stars for late delivery

The product did not arrive on time so I was not able to use it when I wanted to. Product is as described. It took ages to arrive going from one country to another, then another, then another .. It was road transport.

Your order was placed on Sunday, 17th of December, and sent out on Monday, 18th of December. The delivery time from the Netherlands to Greece depends on the selected service. Once a parcel leaves our premises, they are, unfortunately, beyond our control. The Christmas season is a very busy period both for us and the shipping companies. Dear Francesca, thank you for your review. According to our records, your order was placed on the 2nd of January and sent out on the 3rd of January. The delivery time from the Netherlands to Malta depends on the selected service. Your package was delivered on the 11th of January, so within 6 business days (excluding the weekend). Winter is a very busy period both for us and the shipping companies which may result in possible delays. Nevertheless, we aim to offer fast and secure delivery as well as a tracking service. Buona esperienza in fase di acquisto

Ottimi prodotti e tempi di spedizione, Unica pecca è il reso, in caso la taglia non va bene il costo per rispedire il prodotto viene a costare circa 20€(costo che ho sostenuto su un ordine precedente), pecca che mi fa riflettere molto bene prima di effettuare un acquisto se sono indeciso sulla taglia.

Disappointing

After paying £56 for 1 to 2 days delivery, you did not bother to post the goods for 2 days. Absolutely no chance of 1 to 2 days delivery. Which eventually took about a week - So no good for our holiday. Your support neverrespond either

Dear Julie, Thank you for your message. According to our records, you placed your order 21/12 at 11.54am and it was given to the carrier from our stock centre at 4.10pm the same day. There, unfortunately, your order did not receive the first scan for onward shipment to the UK until the following day and it has indeed taken a week for your parcel to be delivered to you. This is obviously not the intention and not as it should be. Our apologies for this. A clear message will appear during the payment process that, for customers outside the EU, import fees may have to be paid at customs: Additional charges when shopping from outside the EU SkiWebShop charges no VAT on orders dispatched to an address outside the European Union. However, you are required to pay local VAT, local customs duties and other import charges when the goods enter your country. Initial fears were quickly subsided

Ordered my new Spyder ski jacket and salopettes mainly down to the significant saving offered by the SkiWebShop against ordering them direct from Spyder. I must admit I was dubious at first having read mixed reviews on trustpilot. I am pleased to confirm there was nothing to worry about. All customs information provided on their website was accurate. I did have to contact them as I had not heard anything regarding the despatching of my order, this was due to in issue with DPD, the person I spoke to was very helpful and forwarded tracking information via email immediately. After this point I was updated regularly and received my order promptly. I would definitely order from them in the future.

Good value ski wear

I purchased the Deluni Icerocker range of ski pants and ski jacket and find them to be very good quality and with some good design points certainly very good value for the cost. The size is true to the sizing chart and the fit is comfortable without being bulky. If you are looking for good value ski wear I can recommend this range. The items came well packed and delivery was as scheduled although there was a slight delay by SkiWebShop in confirming my order and their website did not record my order at all and it would appear that you cannot rely on the "My Orders" section of their website so be prepared for some email correspondence as they don't answer the phone either. It's a pity that the SkiWebShop Customer Service department is not as pro-active as you should expect.

Great products - website needs work

Items ordered were good quality and size was correct as per the size chart. Web site needs some additional work to interact better with customer orders and display all orders made irrespective of when they were made - a system to allow an order number to be added retrospectively is a simple function to implement but currently not available.

Errore nella spedizione

Ho acquistato un pantalone e una giacca da sci, ma ho ricevuto due paia di pantaloni, identici. Ho effettuato il reso, che risulta ancora (dal 20 dicembre) bloccato nel centro di smistamento di DHL in Olanda. Ho perso tempo, ho dovuto acquistare altrove e mi domando se rivedrò mai il mio denaro….
