Do not use this company

I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a ski jacket that came torn and the overall quality was terrible. There’s not way I trusted using this jacket on the slopes and to keep my warm. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do and that I should go fix it myself. So I decided I was going to return the jacket (plus my pants didn’t fit). I paid $65 to return the items to the address they provided. About 1 month later, I got the package BACK in the mail because it was undeliverable to the address. When I reached out AGAIN, they told me that lots of customers have this problem! Like what?! If this is true then this company should provide prepaid shipping labels like all other good companies do. So not only am I out $65 of shipping costs, but also out the money I paid for the pants and jacket since I will not ever be wearing them. SO disappointing! Never again.

Thank your for your message. We are very sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with our service. The jacket you refer to is a good quality jacket that we do not get any complaints about. According to the photos you had sent us, only a cord loop on the waist was broken with the jacket fine otherwise. As this is a defect that can be easily repaired by a tailor, we suggested to refund 25% for repair so that you can keep the jacket. However, you preferred to return the item plus yet ski trousers. It appears that your return shipment from the USA did reach us but was sent back to you by the Postal Service. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer a free return label from the USA to the Netherlands and SkiWebShop cannot take responsibility for any packages that are sent at the customer's expense. As agreed, we will refund the agreed 25% of the jacket to your account. We appreciate your feedback.

Hände weg von diesem Verkäufer

Ich habe eine gekaufte Skihose zurück gesendet und nie mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Eine von Skiwebshop angebotene kostenlose Rücksendung ist von Österreich nach Holland auf dem Postweg nicht möglich. So musste ich die Retoursendung selbst bezahlen. Nach unzähligen Mails ob die Ware schon angekommen ist wurde es mir dann zu blöd. Somit habe ich die Erstattung für die gekaufte Skihose nie erhalten und noch zusätzlich die Versandkosten auch zahlen müssen. NIE WIEDER BEI DIESEM HÄNDLER!!!

I ski all season in France and couldn't find any size 34 ski trousers except black, which I already had - so pleased to find such a great choice on your website, lots of different sizes, brands and colours. I bought 2 pairs, they are fantastic, and I like that you delivered them to a local relay, means I could ski fresh powder that day and not wait at home for delivery! Great selection of products, competitive prices and no charge for delivery, fast delivery, I will certainly buy my ski clothing from your website again. Would recommend you, website explains sizing, fit etc very well and videos of items mean you see its fit on a real person.

Great value and excellent service!

I ordered a pair of skis for far less than they would cost in the United States. They were shipped promptly and arrived in less than a week, with a couple of freebies thrown in. They were in great condition, bindings adjusted correctly, and were usable out of the box.

So So

The web is user-friendly and nice, the shipment was really fast, I would be very happy with it. The issue is the skiing pants I bought there. CMP, 3W18596N ski pants women. It is written that it has a water column: of 10.000 mmH2O. This is definitely not working. I went skiing on a snowy day, it was just a little above zero degrees. The melting snow went through my pants after one downhill and I was very wet after a skiing day. If I wasn't wearing the pants already, I would return them. In the end, I was disappointed.
