My order is shown on SkiWebShop order confirmation email with an estimated delivery of 8 Jan. However, when tracking with the courier, GLS, it is showing as still sorting and the tracking hasn't been updated since 7 Jan. It's now 13 Jan and I've no idea where my order is. I didn't expect such delays when ordering/shipping within the EU. I'll definitely be paying the higher price from a more reputable retailer who uses more reputable Couriers in future as the delay is not worth it if I don't get these very seasonal items on time

Je me suis fiée au indication de taille et malgré tout j'ai pris une taille au dessous et pourtant dès l'ouverture j'ai compris que ça n'allait pas aller. je pars dans moins d'un mois et je ne sais pas si j'aurai mon remboursement et le temps d'en commander une autre sinon processus de commande & co rapide malgré l'épisode neigeux

j'ai fait une demande de retour et surtout j'aimerais avoir le bon produit. J'attends une réponse du SAV.

Fast service and good prices!

No se han respetado para nada los tiempos de entrega que ponía en la web a la hora de comprar el producto. El seguimiento del envío es malo y con muy poca información. Después de 6 días casi 7 aún no he recibido la compra.

Very good selection of products, but delivery was very slow. 4 weeks delivery time from NL to Ireland. I needed to return one item one the order, and I could not process the return as it was "outside the valid return date". Return policy is 14 days from delivery, I tried to process the return 11 days after delivery, but because of the delivery delay it was rejected.

Demora en la fecha de entrega y en ningun momento te informan de la misma. Previsto recibir el dia 27 y a dia 31 todavía no tengo notícias de cuándo llegará.
