I casually met your company few months ago while surfing the internet looking for a provider of mountain and skiing gear. I immediatly was captured by the simplicity of the site (fancy enough and very functional), the type of products and their price. So I placed my first order and was amazed both by the short delivery time and the quality of the products (which have become some of my favourites among those i own). I was so happy that i shared the link to the site with all my mountain-passioned friends. Some days ago, i've received from your newsletter a code to enjoy the end of the season so I took opportunity and placed another order. And, as for the first one, I am fully satisfied. So thank you for your service and will definitely buy again in the future!

I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a ski jacket that came torn and the overall quality was terrible. There’s not way I trusted using this jacket on the slopes and to keep my warm. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do and that I should go fix it myself. So I decided I was going to return the jacket (plus my pants didn’t fit). I paid $65 to return the items to the address they provided. About 1 month later, I got the package BACK in the mail because it was undeliverable to the address. When I reached out AGAIN, they told me that lots of customers have this problem! Like what?! If this is true then this company should provide prepaid shipping labels like all other good companies do. So not only am I out $65 of shipping costs, but also out the money I paid for the pants and jacket since I will not ever be wearing them. SO disappointing! Never again.

Ich habe eine gekaufte Skihose zurück gesendet und nie mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Eine von Skiwebshop angebotene kostenlose Rücksendung ist von Österreich nach Holland auf dem Postweg nicht möglich. So musste ich die Retoursendung selbst bezahlen. Nach unzähligen Mails ob die Ware schon angekommen ist wurde es mir dann zu blöd. Somit habe ich die Erstattung für die gekaufte Skihose nie erhalten und noch zusätzlich die Versandkosten auch zahlen müssen. NIE WIEDER BEI DIESEM HÄNDLER!!!

I ski all season in France and couldn't find any size 34 ski trousers except black, which I already had - so pleased to find such a great choice on your website, lots of different sizes, brands and colours. I bought 2 pairs, they are fantastic, and I like that you delivered them to a local relay, means I could ski fresh powder that day and not wait at home for delivery! Great selection of products, competitive prices and no charge for delivery, fast delivery, I will certainly buy my ski clothing from your website again. Would recommend you, website explains sizing, fit etc very well and videos of items mean you see its fit on a real person.
