Secondo le informazioni di tracciamento del tuo pacco, il tuo ordine è stato consegnato il 19 gennaio, quindi in totale con 2 giorni di ritardo (la consegna stimata in Italia è di 3-6 giorni lavorativi, escluso il fine settimana). All orders placed at the weekend are processed after the weekend. Your order was shipped on Tuesday 11th January. According to the tracking information of your package, your order was delivered on January 19th, so in total with 2 days delay (the estimated delivery in Italy is 3-6 working days, excluding the weekend).
