Che peccato sentire che i pantaloni erano troppo grandi! Forse qualcosa è andato storto con le taglie. Usiamo taglie europee, non taglie italiane. Uno shop molto rifornito

Ho acquistato per me e mia figlia dell’ abbigliamento da sci e posso dire che ho trovato un buon assortimento a prezzi competitivi. Forse un po’ lenta la spedizione ma in generale mi sono trovata bene

Veloci, affidabili, seri.

Ho ordinato una giacca a vento taglia4XL, l'articolo è arrivato in tempi brevi, corrisponde perfettamente a quanto illustrato. Purtroppo è risultato piccolo, per cui l'ho restituito, ma ne ho ordinata un'altra 5XL.

Absolutely terrible order processing

Had the experience of ordering on skiwebshop. After submitting the order they informed me that a certain item was out of stock. I asked to change the size of the item but they said that was not possible. Then I also asked to change the item completely (even offered to pay the difference in size). However, skiwebshop did not offer any compromise and sent the order even though I said that I do not want it because that item was the most important one. The customer support was fast but couldnt help at all. Terrible policies regarding orders (cant change anything, and can't cancel), I'm pretty sure that is non-compliant with EU laws. Additionally, the shipping time was indicated to be 2-5 business days, but it took over 14 business days to arrive.

Dear Aleksej, Thank you for your honest review. We are really sorry to see everything went not in your favor. Unfortuantely we had to inform you one of the items was out of stock. We refunded you the money of the item as soon as possible and gave you a discount code. Because we want customers to receive the packages as soon as possible, our warehouse processes all orders right away. It is therefore not possible to exchange, change, or cancel anything anymore. The package may already be complete and may even been picked up by the carriers already. Then you also say you've had bad luck with the shipping. Unfortunately your package was sent along with many other packages during the black friday/cyber week period. Your package was in Lithuania within 3 business days, but from there on it took way too long unfortunately before GLS actually delivered your package. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Good

Great e-shop with huge variety and easy to navigate. I loved the products and can't wait to wear them. Delivery was fine considering it was during the holidays. The only problem I had was with the courier's tracking link which did not work and so I had no idea where the package was until it arrived at my door. Customer service was helpful and replied immediately to my email regarding the tracking link but did not initiate an investigation until after I had received the package which didn't help my holiday stress. :)

According to the information about delivery time, provided on our website, standard delivery time to Greece takes about 3 to 5 work days. Your order was placed and shipped on 7 December and delivered on 16 December, so with two-days delay (excl. weekend), probably due to a busy period for the shipping company. After your order was shipped, we sent you an e-mail with the tracking link of your package so you could follow it. It seems that the track&trace did not work properly and you could not see the status of the package which was on its way to you. Due to that fact that there was no issue with the shipment, it just took a bit longer for GLS to process the package, we could not start an investigation. We can imagine it might have been stressful for you. We will check if there are any technical problems with tracking links. We would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Stressful

My order has been prepared and picked up by GLS courier but the tracking link shows no parcel data. I have contacted Customer Service who confirm the above but do not start an investigation with GLS until 10 days later even though I have stressed the need to receive the parcel ASAP.

dati insufficienti per una corretta valutazione su taglie abbiliamento

purtroppo, come già espresso nella frase ho avuto problemi con la scelta della taglia nonostante abbia seguito i suggerimenti sul capo che riportava taglia piccola e consigliava di prendere una taglia in + e, anche le tabelle riportate su "scopri la tua taglia" sono molto lontane dalla realtà. A meno che non conosciate già la marca, consiglio di non acquistare l'articolo in quanto i costi di reso sono molto alti e sono totalmente a carico dell'acquirente.
