The website was clear and absolutely understandable all way through from the selection till the last click of the order. Well thought out. (for me) Delivery to Budapest (HUN) was really fast despite of the situation of the actual logistic issues. Thank you! PS: I saved ~ 150 € on one jacket compared a local store in BUD (!).

La experiencia en la compra, envío y calidad del producto es buena. El tema es que el producto no me queda bien y quiero devolverlo. Desde España me dicen en la compañía de transporte que los gastos son superiores a 30 euros. Con lo que no volveré a comprar ya que en caso de querer devolverlo los gastos son muy elevados. No lo recomendaría si la compra es desde España.

I live in United States and ordered a Spyder Vanqysh ski jacket and the website said it could take up to 2 weeks to receive the order maybe a little longer due to the current environment. To my surprise I received it in 2 days!! It was exactly what I ordered, great price, wrapped perfectly in the shipping box and in excellent condition.
