I recently purchased a jacket and ski pants at SkiWebShop and I was very satisfied with variety of items to chose from, prices and fast and simple delivery. What is more important, it turned out the jacket has a minor flaw, which showed itself only after 2-3 days of use. In spite of the fact that I already used the jacket, the SkiWebShop quickly offered me to return the jacket and to make a refund, so I was able to buy a new jacket. SkiWebShop will now be my primary place to buy Ski clothes and equipment.

The items was delivered carefully packed. Because the carrier delay the delivery, the supplementary cost was refounded.

Buying from SkiWebShop is as easy as it should be. The pricing is clear (along with the discounts) and delivery is very quick (even for the standard version). The bill will come through in Euro but as long as you have a good system (read card) that handles the conversion to your currency it is a simple transaction.

Super! Very easy to find out what size to order with details on the models etc. Much better value than elsewhere for the same products. Order was delivered quickly with great communication about the delivery throughout the process.

I have only been skiing again for 5 years after a 30-year break. When I started again, I believed it was a one off for a friend's 50th birthday, so I bought a cheap set of ski cloths to get me through, 5 minutes on the slopes and again and I had the ski bug. Over the last 5 years I have slowly been upgrading my clothing range, I have found the ski web shop to be a great source and a very reasonable priced web site there range and sizing options are second to none. I received a new pair of Spyder gloves yesterday in the time stated, boxed up and not a scratch on any of the packing. Delivery is within 3 to 4 days for us in the uk ( we cant get that sort of delivery time in the uk direct half the time). All I can say is thank you and keep up the Excellent service. Phil k
