I ordered a ski outfit - email was delayed and I received 5 hours later and realized I made a mistake. I immediately called the phone number to get a message saying they did not accept phone calls. I read you can not cancel - but you can change an order which is really what I wanted to do. So I immediately emailed - they did not respond and I received the wrong outfit and now I had to pay 90 dollars to return.

Our warehouse immediately starts processing the orders, which therefore gives no possibility to cancel the order anymore. The only thing that could still be changed (if in time) is the shipping address, but no changes in products. Finito sul sito per caso. Ho trovato queloo che cercavo per le mie tasche. Con un rafftonto su altri siti il prezzo era davvero in offerta. Il prodotto anche come taglia era perfetto e la spedizione é stata puntuale. Quindi tutto come dovrebbe essere. Per ora 5 stelle perché non ho avuto nessun problema. Non saprei dire in caso di resi o altro ma mi sembrano precisi.

Ho ordinato una giacca a vento taglia4XL, l'articolo è arrivato in tempi brevi, corrisponde perfettamente a quanto illustrato. Purtroppo è risultato piccolo, per cui l'ho restituito, ma ne ho ordinata un'altra 5XL.

Had the experience of ordering on skiwebshop. After submitting the order they informed me that a certain item was out of stock. I asked to change the size of the item but they said that was not possible. Then I also asked to change the item completely (even offered to pay the difference in size). However, skiwebshop did not offer any compromise and sent the order even though I said that I do not want it because that item was the most important one. The customer support was fast but couldnt help at all. Terrible policies regarding orders (cant change anything, and can't cancel), I'm pretty sure that is non-compliant with EU laws. Additionally, the shipping time was indicated to be 2-5 business days, but it took over 14 business days to arrive.

We refunded you the money of the item as soon as possible and gave you a discount code. Because we want customers to receive the packages as soon as possible, our warehouse processes all orders right away. It is therefore not possible to exchange, change, or cancel anything anymore. The package may already be complete and may even been picked up by the carriers already. Then you also say you've had bad luck with the shipping. Unfortunately your package was sent along with many other packages during the black friday/cyber week period. Your package was in Lithuania within 3 business days, but from there on it took way too long unfortunately before GLS actually delivered your package. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Great e-shop with huge variety and easy to navigate. I loved the products and can't wait to wear them. Delivery was fine considering it was during the holidays. The only problem I had was with the courier's tracking link which did not work and so I had no idea where the package was until it arrived at my door. Customer service was helpful and replied immediately to my email regarding the tracking link but did not initiate an investigation until after I had received the package which didn't help my holiday stress. :)

Your order was placed and shipped on 7 December and delivered on 16 December, so with two-days delay (excl. weekend), probably due to a busy period for the shipping company. After your order was shipped, we sent you an e-mail with the tracking link of your package so you could follow it. It seems that the track&trace did not work properly and you could not see the status of the package which was on its way to you. Due to that fact that there was no issue with the shipment, it just took a bit longer for GLS to process the package, we could not start an investigation. My order has been prepared and picked up by GLS courier but the tracking link shows no parcel data. I have contacted Customer Service who confirm the above but do not start an investigation with GLS until 10 days later even though I have stressed the need to receive the parcel ASAP.
