Ordered a spyder fleece came very quickly from Europe.The parcel came in SkiWebShop box great presentation.inside the box there was pen and key ring with SkiWebShop shop on nice touch.What I was most impressed with is how quick the company are to respond to emails.The only issue I Have had with the company ,I couldn’t exchange a item i so lost out on the Black Friday deal.Apart from this there is return label inside which is very good for convince for returns.Overall good company and well run, will use and would recommend.

Poor ..... I still have not received my ski jacket - even although you are asking me about the service with this survey. I imagjne also YOU expected the delivery to take less time. In addition, if I clink on the link gir tracking details, the information is not update ...... even the shipping agent doesn't provide this details. Not sure when the goods will arrive ...... so unfortunately and regrettably, I have to rank your performance as BAD.
