I bought a ski jacket, size 36, however the item i received (on last tuesday) was size 34. I contact the company, explaining the situation and the necessity to received a jacket with correct size until friday (because I will go on vacations next saturday morning). They contacted me (very quickly, indeed) informing that didn't have more jackets like that in stock, that they will send me a return label for sending the article back for free, the refund of all that I payed and a 10€ discount. I sent a new email, asking for an alternative solution, since i will need the jacket, but the company didn't gave me an alternative solution. So, because of the mistake of the company (with the size of jacket which they send to me), now i need to get an alternative in two days.
