I ordered 2 CAIRN ski helmets with skiwebshop on January 14th 2019, I got them 2 days later on the 16th which was excellent! But One of the 2 CAIRN ski helmet I ordered with skiwebshop came without the visor in the box. I told immediately the shop about this issue. They told me they will check with CAIRN and are waiting their answer. We are the 19th and I don’t ha e any news. It is like I have to fight, call, e-mail them to get what I should have got legally. I don’t have to do anything with Cairn company. Skiwebshop is the only one entity responsible of this problem and should handle it quickly for me. I feel really frustrated as I have to go for skiing very soon.

It is skiwebshop responsibility to check and make sure nothing is missing before sending to the customers.
