Although I ordered international flights, I ordered in Japan and came within a week, so I was very surprised. It is amazing. The components of the goods are also very good, the goods are also as cataloged. I just thought that the brightness of the color of the actual product is slightly different from what I see on the screen of the eye pad. The eye pad looked a little brighter. Correspondence by the company's mail was quick, polite, kind and was really comfortable. I wanted to order again.

Garment measurements would be great. Each brand has different cuts and sizing. The pants I bought were a 40 and currently too tight. But in other brands, a 40 is really loose on me. Great you make a comparison based on your lovely model but everyone’s measurements are a bit different.

Overall I have received excellent service. Purchases promptly dispatched and arriving very quickly in Australia. I would just recommend getting some other more know high end brands of ski wear such as Descente, Helly Hansen to name just two. Although maybe some of your brands are high end and well know to the European market (but not Australia). I also do note that your end of season discounts, particularly on wool sweaters are not quite as competitive as online shops in the US for example, where I also do a lot of purchasing for my wife and I. Overall, your shipping cost is reasonably good and relatively attractive if the item is heavily discounted, although it is not strongly competitive. Otherwise, if you stocked the brands known to me and had very competitive shipping, then I would definitely shop a lot more through you. But overall you do provide a good service - thank you!
