I ordered Kilpi Carpo M-size Ski Jacket which was too big due to wrong Kilpi sizing and then ordered S-size but received XS! where flying away to Alps in 3 days! Will have to order 3rd jacket now! Hope to resolve it in time but the whole experience is guiding me into direction that it is better to buy in a local shop! There is no place for mistakes in this business.

All products are very well presented on the website which means making the right decision is easy! Delivery took about 3 days after I ordered it on Sunday which is great! Also some extra little things were included to add a nkice touch. Overall a good experience and would recommend in the future!

Even thought I have a Euro account and it does not affect me too much, maybe using services such as WorldPay to have various currencies would definitely be better for most people.

It is very very difficult to return a product to the Netherlands from the UK and it is not even clear immediately where the tab for returns is. Returning this item has been very very very difficult and I have had to e mail skiwebshop to ask what to do as DPD only deal with the rest of Europe and not the UK for returns on their website. Too difficult to return something and it needs to be much clearer and easier.

I Cannot fault SkiWebShop., Last Year I wanted a quality Ski Jacket at a good price. I found one quickly on SWS, still I looked elsewhere but the price could not be beaten. This year I did the same with Ski Pants and again SWS had what I wanted at the right price. Next YEar I wont even bother looking elsewhere.
