Web site is quick and easy. Parcel arrived very quickly, delivered to my office and everything was fine.

Delivery charge is very high to ship to the UK. And also, the procedure to return the goods from the UK is not easy and costly to the customer. It seemed that there was a way to have drop point to return it from France. But I tried that and there was actually no drop point in France... As a consequence, the trousers I ordered are a bit too large, but exchanging them would cost me almost the same as the trousers themselves. So in the end, I have paid for something I will not use.

I didn't receive any email confirmation listing the items I ordered and the shipment did not include an invoice. I was ordering ski stuff from a few websites and now I have no idea if I received everything. I need to return something that did not fit but it's a bit strange not having any paperwork at all.
