Disappointing lack of accountability and communication.
My order, placed on December 3rd, still has not been collected by the delivery company, despite more than a week passing.
Customer service has been highly unsatisfactory. After reporting the issue and waiting three days, I received the single, generic reply that placed all the blame for the delay on the carrier. A further week has passed since the shop's status was changed to 'shipped' (while the package was still uncollected), with no status updates from the carrier.
The shop has completely ignored my subsequent attempts to contact them and requests for clarification. The lack of responsiveness and accountability for the shipping process is unacceptable.
