Easy collection service at its best

The Belgian collection agency was not very informative. They almost never contacted me on their own initiative, I had to ask for each piece of information. I did not receive any documents, legal ruling, nothing. The case was pretty straightforward, outstanding invoices, and the debtor did not question the amount due, but still the agency failed to obtain interest (for over 2 years) or the EU 40 EUR lump sum per invoice. I really wish I had used a different agency.

Very satisfied with the service. Well miracles don't happen but managed to get few debts which is fair enough. I like interface, all is clear and easy, all debts and countries in one place. Very good contact with local debt collectors which are helpful and replying quick. Simply 5 stars!

I have never believed that this kind of services could have worked. But my short experince showed me that it is working very well. Quick replies, really good communication. The only disadvantages I got from our cooperation is really slow processing of received payments - the time period since received till forwarding back to us. It´s really long.
