Excellent overall service

I'm delighted with the whole process of purchasing a phone case from Case Company. From buying online to prompt and speedy delivery, the whole experience was very positive. The case itself was a bit more expensive than the cheaper versions but this was well worth it. It's good quality and my granddaughter loves it. I've since ordered another.

Lovely item

The case is so lovely being able to have all the photos of my dogs. The only concern is that it has started peeling already on the bottom of the corner of the camera. But I’m hoping this is it and it doesn’t peel much further.

Amazed

Dålig kvalitet

Skalet var trasigt redan vid leverans. Efter en veckas användning har delar av motivet trillat av. Tål ej minsta lilla fukt eller beröring för då rasar motivet av.

Love my purchase

Love my new case. Its very good quality. I was able to track my package on all stages of delivery. Arrived quite quickly. Packaging was very pretty. Overall very hsppy.

Awful quality and complained with no response

The pictures are such poor quality the faces look distorted. The colour came off the case after a few days. I emailed and made a complaint a few weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back! The delivery time was sooo much longer than advertised and I paid for. I chased this and they then lied about dispatch dates despite me having screen shots and tracking. Awful company!

very good service because even though they sent me a size that was not the right size, they changed me and sent me a new one with the correct size for my phone, the only thing I didn't like very much was the quality with which the photos come out since they are They look a little blurry, they are not clear but still thank you very much

Fantastic!

Ordered my cover as soon as I collected my new phone. Had seen reviews that said delivery took a while but I can’t complain as arrived within the timescale that was estimated. My only concern was that the pictures are on the outside of the case. I contacted the company via Instagram to voice my concerns and was reassured that cases are guaranteed and any issue to contact them again.

Faulty print

Case nice a sturdy, however after a day of it being on my phone the custom print has started peeling off .
