The case was marked

After looking at pictures and designing my case I couldn’t wait but when it arrived I was very disappointed with item. The sticking tap to attach to case didn’t last 24 hours and the rope is to thick, very cheap quality. Overall very disappointed with item.

Obssesed

Case peeled off

I love the design and the case but unfortunately the quality was a bit disappointing. Only two weeks after receiving the case the image on it began to peel off and has continued to get worst. I asked for a new case to replace this one wich hopefully won’t peel, still waiting to receive it.

Skalets färg motsvarade inte hur den framställdes på bild. Mer gul på bild och beige i verkligheten. Trots detta elt ok, bra kvalité.

I am very disappointed with this service

I have ordered a case (not personalized) for Two weeks right now, i chose the standard shipping which is 3-6 business days, up till this moment i didn't receive the case and when i went back to customer service to cancel the order and refund my money back, they kept playing dumb for 5 hours of back and forth emails repeating the same sentence that i need to wait for 10 business days and when I sent that i refuse to wait and just want to cancel it, they absolutely kept playing dumb. By far this is the worst experience i have ever had, it wasted my time and got be even more frustrated.
