Good quality but bad printing

The cases are a lovely quality, but unfortunately there were parts of the print on the back scrapped off. There was also red score lines across a plain black background. I did contact the email address provided, but nobody got back to me. Disappointed.

Not what I expected

I expected way better, Took absolutely ages to come and the product is very flimsy and thin for the money not worth what I paid for it and the picture is very pixelated on the phone case like very blurry and the picture wasn't blurry that I sent.. doesn't make my phone feel secure I don't like how it feels texture wise in my hand either It's just sat on my kitchen side and I have put my hard case back on that I prefer much better For a phone case it's not made very well to bendy and soft and looks cheap
