Difficult experience, but happy with the final result

I ordered a bespoke product as a gift for my friend and unfortunately there were two separate occasions where the delivery did not arrive. Finally it did arrive months after the original case was ordered after having to reorder it two times because it got lost in the mail. While this is not directly CaseCompany's fault it may be worth looking into the courier service and finding out how it is possible to lose two cases. However, I will say that I was very happy with the service of the customer service team in helping resolve the issue - especially Sofie was very helpful, responsive and kind.

Really good quality and looks brilliant

Really good experience, case turned out a lot better than expected, quality of the photos on the case are really good, would recommend and will be back in the future for another.

Love my new case

It was my first time to use this company for new phone cases. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality and service. My case came exactly as described on the website and the delivery was fast with tracking provided. Case fitted my phone perfect and I will buy cases again from the CaseCompany and highly recommend them. Very impressed and really happy.

At first I was a bit cautious but when the case came it was nice, the case itself is quite thin and bendy. The packaging it came in was not like they advertised it but glad it can in one piece.

Good quality

The pictures on the phone case was very good quality and the case fit perfectly, I would definitely use the company again, the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the delivery time, I waited over a week, which isn’t too long but could have been quicker.
