Awful customer service. They ignore you if you have an issue and advise “someone will contact soon”
I paid extra for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After emailing several times asking where the product was, I was simply sent a tracking number and told “it’s on its way”. “On its way” meant that it was 500 miles away in another country sat in a depot for 6 days. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for resolution on the extra payment made for guaranteed delivery and I was told “we’re busy, someone will be in touch when we’re not busy”. Had I know that my order wasn’t going to arrive before Christmas I simply would not have ordered it. Terrible customer service. Don’t use them unless you enjoy being fobbed off and paying extra for a service that isn’t improved. The only thing I received additionally was an additional lack of effort and respect.
