I paid extra for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After emailing several times asking where the product was, I was simply sent a tracking number and told “it’s on its way”. “On its way” meant that it was 500 miles away in another country sat in a depot for 6 days. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for resolution on the extra payment made for guaranteed delivery and I was told “we’re busy, someone will be in touch when we’re not busy”. Had I know that my order wasn’t going to arrive before Christmas I simply would not have ordered it. Terrible customer service. Don’t use them unless you enjoy being fobbed off and paying extra for a service that isn’t improved. The only thing I received additionally was an additional lack of effort and respect. Everything I have written here is correct and if you actually look into my problem you’ll notice someone promised to get in touch with me on 3rd January, which I am still waiting on an email for…

I ordered the cases just before Christmas and expected to have to wait for them to come after however they arrived within 2days! When they did arrive the quality was amazing and I absolutely love how they look! The designs being sent as wallpapers was also a nice touch!! Thank you and will defo be ordering again.
